Bank Poidem is a full-service Russian bank. In 2013, Poidem decided to enter the Swedish banking market by means of a new business model for savings. But this was basically all it had. Kurppa Hosk was hired to create an entirely new brand that could quickly win trust and break into the over-crowded market. As part of the assignment, Kurppa Hosk was also asked to turn Bank Poidem’s idea into concrete business strategies, and to help develop digital savings products that could connect the business model with the new brand. The result was Penglot.
